As soon as I open FDRS it is asking me for a license key. I cant get past that screen.

Log back into your account here: http://www2.helminc.com/ngsm/login....4792986EEEBDE4E9E15E&from=ford&src=motorcraft. Then check your purchase history. From there you can pull up your license key. Make sure it matches what they sent you in the email.

It's amazing to me how logging in to FDRS for the first time is the hardest thing to do with FDRS.

Can’t even get to that point. As soon as I open fdrs it prompts for a license. Gets an error and then prompts to close or retry.

I don’t know what’s going on. This says you have purchased a valid license but you never activated it. Does it match what you tried to input into FDRS? If so, you might be headed for a customer service call.
