You’re using the wrong user type. Independent, not Non-Dealer ETIS. Also, make sure you‘re using a 37.X.X version of FDRS if it’s a Windows 11 machine.I’m past the activation section but now I’m not connected.

Nothing looks out of order. Reboot the laptop and give it another shot. When you log in, it might take four or five seconds after inputting your credentials before it does anything. Just wait.I’m really sticking out here.

I had issues until about 30 minutes ago. Their login servers were down. I also had to uninstall FDRS and click the box to have it remove stored info. Ordinarily, I’d start with the GWM but it’s showing a DTC (orange). Right click on the orange box and run a self-test. See if you can clear it. Then run the tool.Any recommendations on which to do first? Or does anything look odd?
