I dont trust the dealers, so I bought the tools & did it myself over the last 2 days w/ @Jesse-Infotainment watchin out for me….no problems!
I didn't know gas trucks had the sync4a screensJob2 2022 KingRanch Powerboost.
Everything has been pretty much perfect, but yet to receive an OTA.
Unconcerned because I assume I'm not missing anything.
Yet........ strangely this morning when I touched the door handle I heard the very distinctive sound of the electric emergency brake engage. Odd! Never had that happen.
Then when I hit the pushbutton start, the instrument panel was at the MyView selection. Again, odd. Never had that happen.
Of course I immediately concluded that both occurrences would be explained by an OTA update last night?
I quickly opened FordPass but no update notification was to be found.

But then I check my email and I had this in the inbox:
These trucks are such an adventure!
I'm convinced that the truck was communicated with last night and received the emergency brake command as well as something that triggered the MyView reset. I may have received the update that the email refers to, or I may not have. But I certainly didn't receive any notification in FordPass or the Sync4A screen.
4A is the 12” sync 4 is 8”
Got it, for some reason I thought sink 4a referred to the vertical screens like on the mach e
It does.. basically 4A is the advanced screen sizes

Pretty much same. 502A PB Built 6/4/22, seems to have everything, but seeing folks post their revision numbers made me think newer is out there since my sync version is a lower number. They don’t appear to be sequential I guess.
