I just logged in & it asked for the activation code but since I'm not actually trying to update I logged out

All I remember from January was I couldn't find it in my "downloads" folder but did find it in my network downloads, used my Ford Pass info & it worked for me....that was a couple months ago though.....I wish I had a better answer....I have windows 10 pro & FDRS version 38.5.7

Interesting......I bought mine 3yrs ago & have used it 4 times to do updates. Personally, I'd loan it out but would never sell it.

Mine is a 21 XLT PB. I use the tender no matter what since I don't cycle the ACC, I just leave it turned on throughout, unless I have to use the USB. I actually had 4 SW updates, took a little under 2hrs.

I have a 21 PB, did both PCM & ABS on 7/11 and had no issues.

I'm no pro but as far as I know you or a dealer have to download & install these updates. I've done my truck twice in 3yrs. The first time was 15hrs over 2 days & this last one (I only had 4) took me a couple hrs. It was well worth the cost of the equipment to NOT have to take it to a dealer. On...
