try a different computer? i had a fastboot issue too and had to lug my desktop outside. bought a new laptop that should be here tomorrow. hopefully that fixes that issue.

I also got the fastboot error on mine. Tried a MacBook Pro (running windows) which gave the error, and then pulled out my Dell desktop which also gave the error regardless of if I ran it on the USB3 or the USB2 ports. Couldn't get past fastboot. I just ended up doing the regular APIM upgrade which makes a USB stick and plan to just leave the stick in for a month which people on here said eventually the update will kick off if you leave the stick in long enough

East Dallas/Lake Highlands/Garland. Quickest I can get the part through Amazon is Monday and my FDRS license expires tomorrow. I bought micro usb and not usb b mini.

Got most of the way through TSB 22-2150 but got an exception when I plugged in the ethernet cable. "Exception: +Flashing please wait... Would you like to try again?" This happens during the "Deleting SYNC Database, please wait..." step. Anyone seen this before and know of a workaround?

So that BECM on the HS1.....that's the one you're talking about being missing?

After each successful update using the USB drive and the sync screen saying that you can remove the USB and return it to your computer, I clicked on the yes button in FDRS saying that the update was successful with the USB still plugged into the truck. FDRS never asked for the USB drive to be inserted into the computer and continued without any obvious issues. Does the USB need to be plugged into the computer before clicking the yes button and if if wasn't, did this create any problems?
