I'm sure you have the same PID regardless if the app developer changed its label. But you can try the 2022 library just to see for sure.

I'm just sceptical of your HV battery SOC as being anywhere near 62.4% with you being in Accessory mode for even a few minutes. Accessory mode will normally turn on the DC/DC converter and bleed the HV battery down as it provides voltage to the low voltage side of truck.
I added 22 ( and then 23) but nothing changed. I did find one labeled battery pack SOC that I added which seems to be the same/similar.

Well that's definitely a healthy SOC.
So the problem can't be a dead HV battery. I'm taking it off the table. Was hoping it was something simple.

I'm trying to be logical about the codes relating to both the DC/DC converter and the HV battery contacts.
What can be a source that would affect both of those parameters?

Anyways, I'll look in the service manual for the Pinpoint procedure and maybe you can at least perform the procedure yourself?

Here's an example of one step for the P0ADF code you have

thanks. I’m willing to try almost anything myself. I found C294 thanks to a very helpful YouTube video. Not finding anything on the internet on the location of C1456C

correction. It looks like all I found was the green disconnect under the hood. Might not be c1456c

Let's isolate P0ADF

As you can see, it calls specifically for pinpoint test AA

It's a 3 page procedure
(I attached it as a pdf file if you screenshots aren't legible)

I don't know if Ford even replaces a HVJB on a Powerboost. I think they just replace the whole battery container instead.

On the Mach-E, they definitely replace just the HVJB and have done so on many. There's even a current recall on the HVJB for many thousands of Mach-E's, but it's far cheaper to open the battery tray and swap just the component itself since the battery assembly is listed at an insane $35,000

The whole battery assembly on the Powerboost is only a little over $2000 and probably cost Ford a lot less than that.

But maybe you'll get lucky and find water ingress/corrosion on a connector or something. I'm sure hoping so.

Thanks for sharing. I’m going to try to go through this later today, but at first glance it does seem a little daunting for my level of mechanical expertise

Trying to think outside the box a little bit while I’m stuck in the office for the next few hours… where these DTC‘s won’t clear, would it make sense to grab a subscription to FDRS and try to run a PMI on the BECM and possibly the PCM?

i’m still going to try what’s listed above, but not feeling very confident about it so trying to brainstorm other options

If I'm under warranty, I'm not likely to be dropping the HV battery pack myself. Much less opening it up and troubleshooting components.

But I would try everything short of that. Especially looking for any obvious damage to any harness from rodents, weathering, road debris impact, etc

Some of those harness and connectors are HV. So I can understand any hesitancy messing with the Orange stuff. But with a Factory Service Manual and no warranty, I bet I get a little braver about following directions and seeing if I can find anything obvious.

aLL MODULES POPULATE?

aLMOST LOOKS LIKE THE GATEWAY TOOK dump from what I see in all the codes.

To be certain you havent done anything in terms of working on the truck prior to like unplugging anything or installing anything?

So either the gatewya went bad or you have a short on the bus. One guy I helped bent a pin at his seat connector. Caused a bunch of errors.

all of the modules populate in Forscan as far as I can tell. I do get a few other random DTCs that come and go but can be cleared (examples attached).

I haven’t done any other work on it (I am more technically inclined than mechanically). The only things I have done since day one were install a Naviks, installed a Soundsgood sub/amp kit, installed some soundproofing on my doors, and my mechanic installed a 2in leveling kit, new tires, but all of that was 6mos - 2 years ago. I am sure some/ most of this isn’t relevant but trying to be exhaustive.
