got it, so basically what you are saying is that in the hcm harness that connects to the in cab module, needs to be changed from pin5 to pin 6?
That was what I had to do. I have no idea if you have the same wiring issue or not, which is why I suggested checking continuity along the entire harness to verify that it’s pinned correctly. This will take some reading and research on your part to do these things

I FINALLY got my right headlamp working. There were no issues with the HCM to BCM harness, which I quickly learned after swapping it out and the headlamp still didn't work correctly. I ended up finding that the conversion harness had the two wires swapped and once I swapped those, everything worked perfectly (I won't get into all of the details of everything that I checked, but I even had a spare headlamp that also didn't work). Big thanks to @Jesse-Infotainment for the tips and even bigger thanks to @JHForman812 for teaching me electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting 101.

Theres only 2 things I can think of that would be causing your issue:

(1) your headlamps are incorrectly wired, which will require you to do the diagnostic work on your own, I can’t help you with that anymore than I already have. You have the wiring diagrams and hopefully a multi meter, CHECK CONTINUITY on all of your pins on the one headlamp and also check to ensure that your headlamp harness is pinned correctly.

(2) you have a bad headlamp

I cannot fix this for you and if you aren’t willing or able to attempt the diagnostic work on your own, see if you can get a buddy or a shop to help you. I understand that it can be daunting, but I’m not electrically inclined in the slightest and I spent quite a bit of time with a buddy that is highly electrically inclined to run through it and teach me the basics of electrical diagnostics.

I’ve offered you a couple of solutions and it doesn’t sound like you’ve even attempted them yet
