Solved - LED projector swap no high beams

Its best to run a OEM As build for these. I would jsut run whatever a truck same as yours would have.

I must have had a bad connection or ground at the battery box because I got those DTCs to go away with the exception of module configuration incompatible. Pardon my ignorance with forscan, but what do you mean by strategy? What menu is this under?

The power from the fuse box you tapped into was loose? Is that what you’re saying?

It might have been because when I first installed it the headlights did swivel on startup and then it stopped when I did my height sensor install weeks later, now they swivel and auto level on startup. Wasn’t doing that before I started fiddling with connections and the multimeter. I’m an idiot!

If I were you I would take the glare free portion out first and see if the headlamps operate as intended. If the wiring is all correct it’s gotta be something in the firmware or software, as Jesse noted

So I did that and replaced it with the values from this pdf and all the DTCs are gone. Will have to drive tonight to see how they function.

Hmm, so either I had a typo in what I posted or you need different as built values.

I drove tonight and experienced the dynamic bending for the first time. All I can say is wow what a trip.

@Jesse-Infotainment thanks for the input, I reached out to Ryan and showed him the connectors, he said the wire in pin 6 needs to move to pin 5 on both of them.

got it, so basically what you are saying is that in the hcm harness that connects to the in cab module, needs to be changed from pin5 to pin 6?

I FINALLY got my right headlamp working. There were no issues with the HCM to BCM harness, which I quickly learned after swapping it out and the headlamp still didn't work correctly. I ended up finding that the conversion harness had the two wires swapped and once I swapped those, everything worked perfectly (I won't get into all of the details of everything that I checked, but I even had a spare headlamp that also didn't work). Big thanks to @Jesse-Infotainment for the tips and even bigger thanks to @JHForman812 for teaching me electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting 101.
