I'm using a ProClip too, but without the phone support. My wire for the charger is wrapped up because I don't use the charger, only the magnet. I plug my Pixel in more often than not.

Hmmm... you guys have phones that need that much charging? I talk on mine all day and still have plenty of charge when I set it on my cradle at night. Just went from an S24 Ultra to an iPhone 17 Pro... both have excellent batteries. Of course, I'm not in my vehicle for all that long every day, so I just use a mag holder, and the reception works better the higher up in the truck I have the phone. Putting it down in that cubby seems to make the signal worse in the weaker areas I come across from time to time.

Pro clip with their Magic Mount charger, couldn’t get the wire totally hidden, but it’s not unsightly to me, at least.

Long trip using GPS and you definitely need to charge.

I also have this one and can confirm that it's fantastic. The fit is flawless and the look is super clean. My only complaint is that I didn't find it earlier.

I started with a similar ball mount from a company that charges way too much $$, only to find out that the ball receiver on the charger I had was a different size... did some searching and found a nice alloy adapter.. I like my setup, but could have saved myself alot of headache if this was available at the time

..the one thing I like better about this setup, is that it gets the phone just a bit higher, without blocking the windshield. After seeing some of the setups here, I think I need to work on my cable management

I have this EXACT setup in my Tremor and its the best I have found. This is the best setup in all my vehicles. I'm very happy with this.

You want REAL difficulty mounting a phone in a car??? Try finding a great setup for the 2018 - 2024 Lincoln Navigator.... I have been through several for my wife's Navigator and they all suck.

I had that issue with my Wife's Odyssey. She has a blue lit magsafe she likes but the attachment sucks. So purchased a Bulletpoint universal ball mount (Bolts to the dash permanently) and they had a 20mm to 17mm ball adaptor. All worked out great!

Bulletpoint with a different usb magsafe charger then have a 30w usb c plug hardwired behind the glovebox and into the fuse panel. Everything is completely removable and the only way you could tell something was installed is if you were to lift the rubber mat.

I have had and tried just about every phone mount, but I can NOT bring myself to stick or fasten anything to the dash, I just don't like any of them. I had one of the media covers in my XLT, but wanted the sliding cover, so when I installed it, I grabbed this holder/charger off Etsy, 3D printed with a Magsafe charger. I have a column shift, so this is a console shift charger placed into the forward section of the cubby. None of the knobs or buttons on the center stack are covered, nothing is even blocked from view. The ridge on the divider fits perfectly, and holds the phone at the perfect height, so it never goes anywhere. I can also lay it down to use my worksurface armrest thingamajig. I routed the cable through the front in the compartment into the media bin where the charger is plugged in. Works PERFECTLY for me, and nothing is stuck to my dash. Super clean!

Link is HERE for the Etsy store- comes from Adam in North Carolina. Highly recommend!
