Give the crash bars a few taps with a 2lb sledge... they will move a bit as they are bolted on, and it might resolve your rub. I have a very similar setup now, and no rub, but I did tap the crash bars out a bit when I had the stock 20's and spacers

I've seen mixed reports on adding spacers to a 6112 strut kit; some say its harsh others say not. Another option would be to replace the knuckle with a taller one from a ford tremor, icon, or rough country (RC only sells it with the strut kit on the site, but try calling? )

I had issues with rough idle after replacing one of mine. I suspected my torque wrench was not working properly and was able to confirm, but had to drive the truck to the store to get a new torque wrench. replacing the torque wrench and fixing the torque / indexing solved my issues.

I just went from a 35 to a 285/75r17 (34) for that exact reason.... 10 lbs lighter per tire (and lighter method beadgrip wheels) for a small loss of height and hopefully better fuel range / MPGs. I lost about 6mpg when I put the 65lb 35s on (I confirmed 53# per tire for the 34s on my scale)
