Screen protector or not for 12" display screen?

Yes and YES. Spigen Glas tR Slim Ford 12"/Anti-glare AGL04043 and I'm loving it.

Super easy one-and-done perfect install, really happy with the looks, no-glare in TX sun whatever the angle, perfectly touch-responsive, no fingerprints, zero regrets, highly recommended. IMO it's what OE should'a been.

I installed one from Amazon. Cost a little over 20 bucks with matt finish. Works great. Fingerprints are definitely reduced as well as glare. Reasonably easy to install. The directions are fun to read.

12" screen protector and matte film are amazing. Minimizes grease. easy to clean, and my favorite part is that the matte film makes the screen non-reflective.

OCD screen protector you won’t be disappointed

I just installed my OCD Plug screen protector and it came out great! Thanks for yours and others recommendation! I have a vew very little bubbles and hopefully they will go away quickly. Thanks again for the recommendations!

No problem with the fluid dripping into the dash and excess was easy to wipe up from the bottom of the screen housing. There wasn''t much excess actually.

I think a screen protector is pointless. You put one on your phone to protect it from scratches when in your pocket. A phone screen protector helps greatly to protect from breakage from drops. Your truck screen is under no threat from these things. To each their own of course.

Disagree- the matte version almost completely eliminates finger prints- which drive me nuts.
