Screen protector or not for 12" display screen?

Disagree- the matte version almost completely eliminates finger prints- which drive me nuts.

No doubt- and my apologies for my phrasing. I just wanted to point out that your analogy to a cell phone screen protector was missing the only thing I (and maybe others) care about (the fingerprints)......Come to think of it, I hate them on my phone as well; Your other points are completely valid.

I really don't know that Ford attempts to put any kind of oleophobic coating on these screens given how fast they get nasty (at least compared to your average cell phone).....But hey, if doesn't bother you more power to you!
