Yea, there's some conflicting data between what Ford shows and what your truck has. This does not mean there is a problem, but there could be. Give me a bit as I have to check with the resident guru to see if everything is good or not.

You received OTA 24-PU0223-VI-RBS back toward the end of April. It is believed that this update is to fix an issue where vehicles on Sync 32159 like yours stopped getting updates, so hopefully you get more sooner than later.

Truck is on Sync 23045 which is two versions behind the latest. A GWM update was sent to it on 4/30 and it expired 2 weeks later because the truck was not started to allow the update to progress to the next step of the process.

Truck is on the latest Sync version and has gotten a few updates recently' Latest power-up update is 6.4.0, so it is not terribly behind.

Last update you got was 4 days ago. I would not say your truck is behind. It is not fully up to date in terms of the entire module network, but I would not say it is behind as you are on the latest Sync versions available.

There are only two things that will get you updates:

1) Patience and wait for the OTA process.

2) Get a Mongoose and do it yourself.

There is no gray area.

You're good to go. It is just a matter of time of waiting for updates to be sent. As far behind as you are, I would recommend you look into FDRS and go that route.
