1FTFW1E87MKD96144 I haven't got an OTA update in years. Last time in the shop Dec 2023 they did some manual updates but I still don't have cool sync features like full screen android auto so something is still wrong.

Thank you so much for the info. I am indeed on 21146 but glad to hear I am not in OTA purgatory. The 3.5.4 is a message I got on the FordPass phone app dated 1/27/23 before the APIM was replaced. I guess I will wait for Ford to push out OTAs to me.
