It failed due to a manifest mismatch. Nothing you did wrong; the issue is on Ford's side. Just gotta wait for it to be resent.VIN check. 1FTFW1ED4MFB59679. Thanks. Have 23-P1024-6CH-AUD in a not completed state

Just talked to the Service Manager - the tech said that he only saw low voltage codes and charging the battery seems to have corrected the issues - and it is holding a charge and tested ok. Took 4 days for that...The only OTA in your history is 24-PU0223-VI-RBS in late April and it is believed that OTA is a step in correcting an issue where vehicles on Sync 23159 like yours stopped getting updates. Hopefully you get more sooner than later.
1) Yes, it should as it specifically calls for updating the ABS.
2) I can't tell that from what I can see. They would need to perform a battery test to determine that.
The codes your truck reported and the SSMs/TSB associated with them are below. Whatever caused the issue may be multi-factorial and may require more than one thing to be addressed. They see all of this and the tech will see all of this once he plugs the truck into FDRS and pulls the codes. It will show him/her the same SSMs and TSB I attached. Just let them do their thing and don't stress it.

Yes, a low battery will cause all kinds of problem with modules and the ABS is one of them. There is validity to what they are saying.Just talked to the Service Manager - the tech said that he only saw low voltage codes and charging the battery seems to have corrected the issues - and it is holding a charge and tested ok. The service tech told me last week that it needed a new battery!
I was told that the truck can start fine but the voltage can be low enough under running load to cause ABS and other module issues - without any prior warning. Does that make any sense to you?
No, there is no way to force an OTA to be sent to you.Sine ou of date for almost two months anything I can do to get resent.
OTA history shows no failed updates.I’ve had at least 3 failed updates recently, mind looking me up to see why?

So strange, it reset my view three times, usually does that when I hey an update.OTA history shows no failed updates.

Your list of pending updates are below. This list does not show APIM, GWM, TCU and IPC updates you also have pending.Just asked the dealer to update my modules. Wanted $250 per. Hoping I can start with this thread to do my own:

Aside from waiting for the OTA process, a Mongosse and FDRS is the only way.Wow. This seems like alot. As if it never got updated or something...
Are these updates only possible using FDRS and mongoose cable?
How can i find out about APIM, GWM, TCU, and IPC?
Thanks so much. So far this forum is so incredibly helpful!Aside from waiting for the OTA process, a Mongosse and FDRS is the only way.
I would not worry about the modules I mentioned. If you are going to do the FDRS thing, it does not matter if those updates are showing for you on the server or not. We have the resources here to get you any updates you may be missing, if if the resident guru needs to be involved in the process to get you fully updated. then he will gladly help.
The biggest improvement will be to all driver assist features. The rest are minor improvements and bug fixes. Thanks so much. So far this forum is so incredibly helpful!
Are these updates important? Will they significantly improve certain functionality? Im all for tinkering with things for good reason, but dont want to chase these down for nothing. Im still totally new to all this so pardon my ignorance! Happy to go read a post about this but havent found one.
Yeah, if it improves adaptive cruise i am in. I need to see where my OTA updates stand I guess. Didnt realize modules could be updated OTA but now I see they call it Power-Up or whatever. The biggest improvement will be to all driver assist features. The rest are minor improvements and bug fixes.
