Last OTA you got was 6.4.0 on 12/20. You are almost fully updated as far as power-up updates go. Nothing to be worried about, IMO.

You know you've looked at way too many VINs when someone posts a VIN missing a digit and you can figure out which one it is without asking them to repost it. lol

@DansFord Your truck is on Sync 20301 which is old software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. Your dealer needs to manually update your APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it with a new one. Otherwise, your truck will never get any updates.

They seem to have trouble navigating website so hopefully they see the bad news. ?

Can you please look up my vin for updates available and also see if the truck is reporting a low battery condition. Ford Pass keeps saying it is in battery saver mode for some reason even thought it runs for extended periods daily.

Your truck is recording low battery voltage codes since 1/12. No OTA in queue at this time. If you want an FDRS check, that I can do later when I get home.

Cold be the cooler temperatures affecting the battery but I don't think this truck is charging right. I'll have to put it on the charger and bring it back up to full capacity again.

The website seems to be down. I will check again later. You have the 8" screen, so I don't think you're very far behind based on your Sync version.

Got home and hooked the truck up to the charger and it shows the battery is 92% charged. I am thinking the Doodad hooked to the battery is bad and reporting a problem that doesn't exist.
