Yes my bad 6.5.0 was the last one at the dealer. So I guess they didn't update me to date. Hopefully nothing they did will affect my updates since they seemed to be pretty regular. Thank you Rugedraw for the information really appreciate your help and time.

I don't see anything they did while they had your truck that could have messed up your config and affecting future OTA's.

@Jimmy Young So a member on another forum found a way to check what modules are pending updates using PTS. I checked it's accuracy using my own truck that only has an ACM update pending, and it was accurate. This makes things SOOOOOO much easier for me.

OMG Rugedrew, you have so much wealth of information!! I don't know what to do without the you and the forum family. I will wait till I hear back from Ford, I might have to go to another dealership if they are not willing to go through the steps to get my truck to update.

Hi, Rugedraw, I forwarded your attached files and what you said to my Ford dealership, there was a misunderstanding. The dealership called me and we scheduled servicing my truck in 3 weeks, for them to diagnose the issues with OTA and update the data on my truck. Fingers are cross.
I will let you know the outcome after I get the truck back.

Wow that is really cool. So awesome of you to get this information for me Rugedraw. Looks like when at the dealer over over the last month they did update a lot of the module's. Surprised to see so many needing updates again. Thanks again.

Could someone please my truck for module updates ? My VIN is 1FTFW1ED7NFC16877. I recently received OTA 6.8.0 and it appears as though Blue Cruise is no longer functioning. I don't use it very often, but it didn't work last time I tried it. I'll try again on the way home tonight to verify.

You can get the limited non-dealer version cheaper than FDRS. See wiring diagrams, your truck OTA status, etc. Everything you click on is logged to the VIN just as everything anyone else does with it.

This truck has gotten all the 4.x.x updates and is only missing the 6.x.x updates. Nothing to be worried about there. Warranty history is attached. Last time it reported to the cloud, oil life is at 18%, so it needs oil changed, but otherwise seems fine. No open recalls listed in PTS.
