I see they were working on your truck. However, it looks like you are going to have to take it back. Just like a few posts about, your truck is on Sync 20301 which is bad software from 2020 that is known to break the OTA process. Your truck has never recorded since it was built. Your dealer needs to manually update your APIM and reference TSB 22-2404 if it fails to update. They will most likely just order a new APIM for your truck.Just curious where I just got my vehicle back from the shop if there is anything different/new on FDRS/OTAs. Noticed my profile radio settings were reset, but my wife's were fine (they had my keys).

I have Mongoses that I am lending out to people and I can add you to the waiting list if you want. The thing is, the procedure to get the truck out of the state it is in is not as simple as it is to just perform modules updates. See attached. Thanks for looking.
This is the same/updated CSP TSB that I've been at them to do for a while. Maybe now that they've replaced some wiring harness it has a better chance of success. We had a loaner 2022 F150 v8 with all the updates, and it is definitely lighting a fire to buy a mongoose and take care of this lol
I was failing that over a month before I forced it to update with FDRS.Well I was doing pretty good with OTAs until last night and today. My truck has failed 4.3.4 twice now. Last night was during its normal schedule and earlier this evening I tried to do it manually and failed again. It is retrying tonight at 1130 but I don’t have high hopes of passing lol. The last few OTAs went off without a hitch but this one is bigger than those
Your truck is on Sync 22095 which is 1.5 year old software, but your truck is past the hump where these trucks are known to get stuck in the OTA process. The last OTA your truck recorded was a year ago almost to the date. It is possible you been sent updates since then that failed, but since I can only see 60 days into the history of a truck, I cannot tell if that is the case for you. I would recommend using a Mongoose to update the truck yourself. In your case, it would be a straight up process to update your truck.Morning! First time poster, long time watcher. Any chance you can provide some insight on mine?
I don’t think I have ever received an update.

Yes, they tried twice and it failed both times.I've got one of those 2021's that have a failed OTA at some point. Dealer says it needs a new APIM. I was curious to see if they actually tried to manually update or not. From the little I have gathered, running the VIN through PTS will give me that info? If so, can I get a check on it?

Hello again! I had two recent "Stop Safely Now" issues with my Powerboost. Dealer said they updated the GWM and APIM. Hoping that will solve my lack of OTAs. I was just curious if you could see what was actually done. Thank you in advance!
