No OTA history in the past 60 days, but your truck does have the latest Sync version. I do not have FDRS to check for modules pending updates. Can someone check if I have updates

Thanks
Your truck is fairly out of date on Sync 21223. It does not seem like your truck has ever recorded an OTA which is strange since the Sync version you're on is not one of the ones known for being stuck in OTA limbo. I don't know why your truck hasn't gotten a successful update. I con only see 60 days back, so it is possible you were sent updates that failed to install, but I cannot say for sure. I would recommend updating it yourself.Hello, looking for someone to lookup my vin for updates. Specifically OTA updates. I haven’t received a single update yet!

Thanks brothers!
PTS shows the last OTA your truck got was two years ago and that your Sync version is 20301 which is bad software known to break the OTA process. The dealer would have to manually update your APIM to get your truck out of it's current state. The update process will most likely fail and they will order a new APIM (which is most likely on national back-order). I assume that you cannot schedule auto-updates because the button is grayed out on your touch screen. Is there any way I could get some help with my vin? Dealer is no help. I can not get any update to the SYNC 4 system. 2021 F150 STX VIN # 1FTFW1E50MFB62247

Tell your service advisor that your truck has never gotten an OTA update and it needs to be manually updated. Reference TSB 22-2404 for APIM's that will not update.
PTS shows the update has failed multiple times due to battery SOC issues. I would try resetting the BMS on your truck. Also, try scheduling the update to install at 4am. Put the truck on a charger overnight and let the update try to install while it is connected to the charger.Looking to get a check on mine, I did a bunch of updates myself and finally replaced a bad TCU, but now the first OTA I've seen in over 2 years keeps failing. Jesse ran my vin the other day and said it was battery related, so I tossed it on the charger yesterday and overnight, but the update continues to fail so just want to see if it's anything else. Battery was replaced under warranty this January so I'm hoping it's not already bad again.

Your truck being a 2023 was built with the older software that was problematic to get via the OTA process. You have gotten a few updates in the past few months and seem to be up to date. Nothing to worry about as far as that goes with your truck. If I could get a VIN check as well I'd really appreciate it. I have 3300 miles on my truck so far so I'll head to the dealer for a 5k service soon and wouldn't mind knowing where I'm at with software. I'm having the dreaded issue with no starts / stop safely but it seems to be better now that I charge it once a week and keep HVAC on 5+. I'm having other little annoyance issues like settings changing automatically. My Sirius Sat radio keeps changing my presets and back seat occupant alert keeps turning itself on. Hoping some software update can at least address those while Ford works on the no start issue.

It's amazing to me you can see that and how far automotive technology has come. That's the main reason I give Ford some slack on this. I feel like this truck is a marvel of modern engineering, especially so coming from a 2011 F150.The codes causing the intermittent no start and stop issue are in the attached screenshot. P1A43 and U0293 are the culprits.

I am not a tech, so I am not sure, but if I had to guess, this requires a trip the dealer so they can diagnose what physical component is failing and causing these codes to appear. It's amazing to me you can see that and how far automotive technology has come. Anything I can currently do about those codes other than what has already been discussed in the thread? Wait for Ford to release a fix? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something.
