You had 3.5.3 sent to you on 1/26, but it has not been able to download the files needed. It is still pending in your queue.

How long first it stay in queue? I’ve tried following all the YouTube stuff on rebooting, sending feedback, etc., but no luck. Now when I have auto updates turned off it says up to date, when it used to say 3.5.3 was pending. Is there any error being just unable to download?

can anyone tell me if i have any OTA movement? i had updated my truck myself with fdrs a while back and got it up to 3.5.2 or 3.5.4, can't remember. it pushed 3.5.3 again saying, "you might already have this".....and that was 1/26. it hasn't tried 3.5.4 yet like some folks are getting. i just got back from a week long vacation and we had a nice storm here. just curious if maybe she needs a battery trickle, or just hasn't been queued up yet by the mothership. tried the youtube method and nothin. no real worry, we can wait. just wondering if the dash calls anything out about 3.5.4. job 1 21. thanks. 1FTFW1ED8MFB55506

You got 3.5.3 on 1/27 and 3.5.4 on 2/1. You have a BCM update sitting in your queue right now that requires the vehicle to be parked for 12 minutes. Go check for updates on your truck and give it the green light.

Can someone please help me understand what's going on with my update? I just want my full screen AA but it doesn't want to update. I called Ford and they showed it was pending but that was almost 2 weeks ago. Here's my Vin if anyone can help.

The last time your truck tried to DL the needed files was on 2/8. It's not looking good for you at this point, but I could be wrong. Hopefully it goes through and you don't have to wait for it to be resent to try again. There is nothing you can do to help the process.

OTA triggers last two weeks before they expire. There is no magic trick to get it to go through. That YouTube video going around is nothing but a placebo to make you feel better. It does nothing to trigger an OTA or file downloads. Anyone who got an OTA after doing what the video says got it by pure coincidence.

No 3.5.4 yet, which is weird because the recent trend has been 3.5.4 comes in within a few days of 3.5.3 or 3.5.3.2.

3.5.2 was sent to you 11/21 but it failed to install due to a server/cloud problem. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent to you.

No OTA's have been sent to your truck since you got 2.7.3 back on 12/7. You are behind on OTA updates and Ford does not send those older updates out very often. There is nothing wrong with your truck. It is Ford's OTA process that is the problem.
