Thank you for all of the information. My local dealers are literally worthless, they just want to change oil. This truck died to 4v over a year ago and the battery has been a joke since. I'm unsure of where to go from here, they don't want to resolve my issue. Since the rotunda barely passed they won't replace the battery.

It stings for sure, my other fear is the garbage dealer network washing their hands of anything related when they see a different battery. Not that it matters since they are worthless anyways.

I would start here. When the dealor fails you this is your only hope. It's not cheap but you CAN do it.

I did in fact start to receive ota updates got 3.5.2 today now my phone will not stay connected after every key cycle

Also if I have auto updates on I go to update it says truck is up to date but Ford pass app says my last download was august. If I turn auto update on and schedule it says up to date but if I turn auto up date off and make an update schedule it will show pending update the Alexa update ect. I’ve tried everything to trigger it

My truck is constantly in deep sleep since I got it and Ford hasn't been much help in getting this resolved in all of my visits.

Can someone check reported errors and update status on my vin?

You have 3.5.3 sitting in your queue right now. If you are indeed on 2.8.2, I doubt it will install because you are missing 2.8.3 which is an APIM update that I would assume needs to be in place before 3.5.3 goes through. I was just messaging another member who is in a very similar situation. Curious to see what happens. Lmk if if it does go through successfully.

Edit: Your truck is on Sync 22192 which is the same as mine. You have to have had 2.8.3 already. Does your camera in motion work?

Yes my camera in motion works I can dive got my camera button while moving and see the bed the hitch ect.

In that case, you are up to date with the older Power Up OTA's and 3.5.3 does have a chance to install if the OTA gods deem you worthy of it.

There is nothing you can do to entice an OTA trigger. I know of the youtube video that has been going around telling you to send reports to Ford or whatever. It does nothing and anyone that got an OTA sent to them after they tried it would have gotten it anyway when they got it.

There is nothing wrong with your truck as far as I can tell.

That update with the hold on it is for early 2021 owners who bought a truck with bluecruise hardware but no bluecruise software. Your truck is a 2022, so it already has bluecruise from factory, so it does not apply to your truck.

Edit: I just checked your DTC's, and I got this message that I have never seen. Idk wtf is wrong with your truck, but the list of trouble codes that thing is spitting out is unlike anything I've ever seen.

Picked my truck up from the dealer. They updated the WPM and Bluecruise is working now but did not update anything else as far as I can tell. Are you still seeing lot of DTC's as of today? Thanks for all your help.

I see they updated your GWM which is good, and your wireless charging module, too. I only see two DTC's today and they are two I had seen before. However, these trucks are always spitting out DTC's. Remind me to check it in a week when it has had time to report more data.

Can someone please help me understand what's going on with my update? I just want my full screen AA but it doesn't want to update. I called Ford and they showed it was pending but that was almost 2 weeks ago. Here's my Vin if anyone can help.
