I can't tell if an update is going to go through or not. I can only see it if you have it, and if it ultimately went through or failed.

I spoke with Ford yesterday and they said I had two OTA updates one was canceled in November and one expired in December which I just got the truck maybe January so that would explain it sitting at the lot but I’m still on 22177_product and from my understanding that’s pretty behind

That is far behind. What else stands out to me is you Do Not have an Apim update awaiting either in FDRS. Hopefully someone else with more access/experience can give you more insight.

Frequently, other modules need to be updated before APIM updates appear in FDRS. Are there any pending TCU or GWM updates in the queue? If so, those need to be applied. Then an APIM update should appear. Might have to do this iteratively (applying updates, then rechecking, and then applying new ones that show up) until you are fully up to date.
