It failed four days ago and the error code is "DiffEngineFailed". I do not know what that means, but it seems like it failed to download one of the files needed for the update.

I don't know anything about the truck really. Just picked it up a little over a week ago and it's in the shop waiting to be looked at for the aux pump issue.

Would love to know SW status and if possible, BLEND/BUILD date. No window sticker was provided when purchased. Thanks in advance!

Most likely. Build date 3/23/23. Window sticker is attached.

Last OTA was 6.1.0 about a week ago. Truck is on Sync 23045 which is two version behind the latest, so are missing more than a few updates to be fully up to date.

Could someone kindly pull the DTC history for my truck and if you are willing print to pdf? I have a trip to the dealer on Thursday about an issue with cameras and wanted to get the latest that has been logged as it was throwing two codes fairly regularly last time I checked.

You're only showing updates for the door modules. Save the $50 for something more exciting.

Your truck is on the latest Sync version, but it is showing many of the ancillary updates still pending. Last OTA you got was a DSP update 5-6 weeks ago.

OTA history is below. Last OTA sent to you was 22-PU1009-TLC-CSM2 which failed several times due to low battery voltage. Nothing has been sent since then.

Nothing has been sent to you since 23-PU1009-SS-NS went through in April. If you are seeing a message of a pending update, you can ignore it. These phantom update messages are being commonly reported.

Ignore it. My VIN still shows that campaign open and I've had BC for years.

Hi All, I just purchase used 2023 f150 raptor with very low milage. I tried to activate ford pass but no luck so far. I am deciding to go for Mongoose and try to update it via cable. I am setting on Sync 4.0.23031 as of today and wondering what I am missing so far, if some one could check that for me please.

You're showing updates for the door modules, HVAC module and PCM. Nothing worth $50, imo.

Yea, you truck is reporting several codes that have several SSM's and TSB's tied to them. This is something the dealer is going to have to look into.

The modem on this truck has not been activated. I would need to check your VIN in FDRS which I don't have access until later. The list below is what PTS shows you have pending to update, but there should be more.

Did you buy it from a Ford dealer?
