If it helps you can unplug the front left wheel sensor (brown plug just behind the airbox) At least it will only chime 6 times on startup and disable a bunch of crap...Bit it's drivable...That's what I did for the last month

The PL is the new replacement but ford hasn't shipped any and doesn't show any signs of shipping...
Wound up sourcing a new old stock booster from a place called Green Sales...My local dealer installed it and programmed it this week . They only charged me $219 for the install...Booster was $551 . Used part# ml3z 2005x...Ford was no help with the availability of the part# they currently show...

It's also given the abs warning several times now after hitting a bump without the brake even being touched...Soooo sounds like a loose/damaged connector somewhere...I've crawled all over and haven't found anything obvious. I've resorted to unplugging a wheel speed sensor to disable the system...

Yeah I was thinking of just ordering a new one instead of a used one. Just stinks I'm an industrial tech by trade and would be comfortable with the install myself...Just no access to the computer system.

There's a limited recall of the electric brake booster/abs module on 51 vehicles produced between dec 20 and jan 21. My local dealer says there are 282 on backorder already but Fords yet to acknowlege any other issues with this braking system. You can't even buy a used one because it's a vin...
