I will agree with @Bossharp but not because there is a lot of demand for the RCSB truck, but because the demand that does exist is still greater than the supply that is out there for the RCSB truck, and especially with a V8 engine. I also think demand for a RCSB V8 truck, like the 2023 XLT trim and 2024 trim with 5.0 V8, will be greater in the Southern states than say New England for example, and even if its equipped with 2 Wheel Dr. If you can only get a RCSB truck by special ordering it through Ford and then having to wait for up to 9 months then I can see that also dulling potential sales because many customers wont want to put a $500-$1000 non refundable deposit down and then run the risk of not actually taking delivery for so long.
I personally don't think the 5k premium for 4wd is worth it even in the snow belt where a lot of drivers claim it’s a necessity. Al vehicles have 4 wheels brakes so unless 4wd is used responsibly then I think it gets people in more trouble than its worth.
