I agree with most. It's a new engine and will need to work out the bugs first but I think it'll eventually get there. If they had a hybrid version with a "generator mode" like the Power Boost, I may have looked at ordering one. As it is, I happily ordered a Power Boost mainly for the generator.
Still, if Ram, Chevy, Ford, and Toyota can make a good truck with 500+ horsepower (which all of them can), why not just make a truck with 400 horsepower that gets 30 real world MPG? I'd much rather have MPGs these days than a track day truck.
