I have had one on my last four vehicles, 2015 F-150, 2016 Escape, 2018 Edge, and 2021 F-150. No problems, and they are enjoyable in the warmer weather and on those warm days during the winter months. That is my experience.

I had one in my F350 KR, heavy use. Ordered one for the F150 now at Granger.

I'll miss not being able to have a pano-roof on my next truck. They just have a standard sized moonroof and I will have that.

I mean if you would not use it, why would you get it? Just another potential leak and maintenance point.

However, I got one in my 22 that I ordered and received a few weeks ago. Loving it so far. I will have an extended warranty to cover it though. I have an XLT with the lower B&O so I would not know on the unleashed speaker set up.
IMO an overpriced water/wind leak

I've had them in previous vehicles but don't have one in my current truck and I don't miss it. The one on my wife's Edge was also very problematic so it's a no for me.

I have it on my truck and here in Texas, it is too hot to even pull back the shade during summer but now in the winter, I leave the shade pulled back all the time and it is really nice... Makes the truck feel airy..

Ceramic film (Llumar Air 80) worked wonders for me with higher temps (on pano and windshield). I didn't even go any darker.

I had it on all my previous F150s and currently have it on my Expedition.

On my current F150, I do not.

I tend to keep the shade closed always, I don't believe it's worth the cost.

Had them in previous vehicles, but they stayed closed with the shade closed as well 99.9% of the time due to the sun/heat in Texas beating down on you. So when I went looking for my 21 Lariat, I specifically didn't want one as it will never be used. Plus it saved me some $$$. On the plus side, all of the previous vehicles I've had with them never leaked.

I had one on my Mercedes coupe and used it one time and then left it closed. I like the AC filtering the air as pollen screws up my sinuses. If I lived in the desert it might be different though I would probably own a convertible and drive with the top down.

Similar to @Fredm2002, we have had 5 vehicles with sun roofs and none of them have had any problems except when our daughter opened it after parking the Mazda and then sat on the roof smashing the sunroof to little pieces. I did get one with my F150 and have had the shade open every day that I've had it so far. I love having it. If you aren't someone who is going to love it, I definitely wouldn't get it.

I have had one in 2019 and drove a 22 without it and couldnt stand it being so dark, so I have one in 22.

I prefer not to have one. We get the occasional hail storm and I have found I seldom use a sunroof though I do prefer the look of them. Not having to worry about the glass breaking is good piece of mind in addition to the increases headroom.
Most(not all) extended warranties won’t cover weatherstripping, water leaks, and “trim”. So if a motor goes out they will cover it but many other common issues with sunroofs Will not be covered.

My previous caddy had one and it was a pain. The drainage tubes caused water into the cabin. I also could not stand the clicking that occurred when it was “in need of adjustment “ that also was not covered by warranty. I’m happy my CTS-V does not have a moonroof.

Did not option my truck with it. First experience with a pano sunroof was in my wife’s 2020 Explorer. We hardly ever use it and it creeks and makes noise when it’s really cold out.

I had a regular sunroof in my 2011 F150 that I just sold. I think I used it no more than a dozen times in the 11 years I had that truck. I guess I’m just not a sunroof guy.
