I have a 2021 F150 FX4 5.0 with 10 speed transmission with 36000 miles. Sometimes the downshift from 6-5 is pretty harsh. Anyone else having these problems?

that auto start/stop issue is a real safety concern as well as drain on the battery and wear on the starter. I didnt think it was supposed to cut off when towing a trailer. Poor design for any automobile manufacturer .I know I can just press button OR drive in sport mode or buy an eliminator...

I had a 1999 F150 ,yeah that old, that did the same thing. About once a month I'd roll the windows down ,turn the heat on wide open for about 30 minutes and the smell would go away for a month or so. I'm guessing that the heat dried up any moisture and mold in evaporator housing. I have a 2021...

You are correct. There are still some that take pride in their work and ethics. Just wish everyone would do so. Accidents do happen along with having proper equipment to do the job correctly.

It's sad but we now have a workforce that could care less how they handle products. All they care about is to make their hours and collect their labor charges as fast as possible and on to the next half assed job. Hopefully they'll make it right for you.
