The truck is now completely up to date(there were 20 modules updated) and the tsb issued 6/26 was performed. I think the issue that has them stumped is the "rumble strip noise" but no shake or vibration in the 1300-1700 rom range in any gear.

They always shrink when you are using the Ford Navigation system that places turn by turn in the instrument cluster. Should go back to normal when your not using the navigation turn by turn feature.
