I wouldn’t call Samsung the leader in phones unless you are talking about volume, generally Samsung users are lower income and the interface is more difficult to use. Several real estate/rental companies have built in android trackers in their application algorithms which step down your application priority. Statistically Android users are much more likely to be evicted or foreclosed upon than Apple iPhone users. Not even kidding, it’s a thing.

I’m not judging anyone who owns an android FYI, general statistics don’t define any single person. I’m just an android hater lol.

OE tires, even from big brands, are not the same as the brands non-OE version.
Usually, the ones designed for OE are inferior, such as tread depth etc.

That's why I find it a little funny when take offs go up for sale on Craigslist etc and sellers compare to the retail price of the same, non-OE tire.

That's an alignment issue as others have stated. Rest of the tread is decent, I suspect the rears to be much better still.

As for made in korea -- SK's manufacturing capabilities are top notch. Sure they also make kias, which have always been cheap shitboxes, but they're improving those significantly. Samsung is korean and they're a leader in displays and phones.

I've got a little over 16000 on mine so far but they don't look that bad. I know the Michelins on my wife's Equinox were like that barely had 20000 on it and had to replace the tires.

Yeah, love my LG oled. My sister bought one after seeing mine. UI sucks, a truly smart TV has a PC attached.

I assure you my wife and I are not lower income and lower educated, and we both use Samsungs. It's simply a matter of preference and personality. Period.

Lots of other people have already said it, you need an alignment. I think you may be running incorrect pressures too (most people are). I always set my pressures according to the "Chalk Test".
Chalk Test: Set the tire pressures at the factory specs then wipe chalk across the entire tread pattern. Sidewalk chalk works best because it is nice and wide and it's cheap. Now drive around the block once or twice and see if there is any chalk remaining on the tires. If the chalk is removed from the middle but remains on the edges, you are over-inflated. If the edges are clean but the middle is bare, you are under-inflated. If the chalk is completely gone, your pressures are set correctly. Note: This will change if you have a decent load in the back or are towing. I only do this for normal, everyday running around and then again with different pressures for towing my RV.

Why does this method work? Because everybody loads their trucks differently and has a different weight. Some people add a camper top/shell and that adds 2-300 lbs. Others pack a small business office in the cab and/or have heavy tools in the bed at all times. Also, if you change out your tires, I'd do this test again. If you swap out with a stiff walled AT tire, I'd probably do it a few times with marks in several locations around the tire just because a stiffer sidewall will act/perform differently.
The Goodyear's that came on my 2021 Lariat were actually pretty good and I hate Goodyear. I do like Coopers. However, since my King Ranch has 22's now, I will probably get Continentals when the Generals wear out.
I love the chalk test idea, thank you for sharing that and typing it all out. I’ll try it.

And I agree that the alignment is likely off too.

That how we do aircraft to maximize wear

On the motorhome we weigh each axle and run best psi recommendations manufacturer for thst load
130 psi is max and I run 105 ..nice even tread patch
Most people won't do that in smaller vehicle ..

Sometimes you truly don't know what you're talking about. Apple has been stagnant for a few years now. Samsung's product portfolio is vastly superior. Apple's last big product, a headset 7x the price of its competitors that's basically faded from memory and it's only a couple months old.

With apple you pay a lot more, but you don't get a lot more. They get to decide what you install on your device. No thanks. The apple ecosphere works for some folks, but it's got little to do with education or income. Though it could when it comes to paying more but not getting it. Samsung builds phones for all budgets, apple just sells old models for less than they did when they launched.

This has to be the funniest shit i've read today.

Aren’t OEM tires usually shaved down from what you’d get off the rack? Honda does that, the tires you get on a new pilot have significantly less tread depth than the same make ones you’d get from a tire shop.

I have the Pirelli 20s and they still look good at 11k miles, anyone with a newer truck that can take a reading on the tread depth to confirm what they come as from the factory?

lol I think you guys took my post a bit to seriously, it was tongue in cheek to hamma. Education is largely worthless anyway, if there is one thing I wasted in life, it was spending money and giving it to a University for a piece of paper. I’d burn my degree at a bonfire for fun.

You are absolutely correct, it’s a matter of preference :champagne:, and nobody is better than the next guy.

I think you may have taken our responses a bit too seriously, lol. I have advanced degrees but prefer to spend my time working on my cars and house. One has nothing to do with the other, neither does Apple vs Samsung, Ford vs Chevy, etc. All a matter of preference. No one said "educated" was better than trade school, or vice versa.

Just for comparison here’s my OEM’s on my 2021. Just over 31,000 miles. Approximately 6,000 mi. towing 6,000# TT. Always @ 35psi as per door sticker.
