Update:
So after talking to support about my issue, she had me:
1) reset my password
2) toggle off connectivity
3) perform a sync reset
4) turn connectivity back on which the truck would not allow me to do ( just get the spinning wheel).
She then hooked me up with “in vehicle tech”

Does anyone happen to have the phone number for the Fordpass cr-app customer support line? Ever since 2 down dates ago I can’t even sign into the account.
Wow. Just curious if your parents were boomers. If so I guess you don’t think too highly of them. Are they at least worthy of watching and raising the grandkids so their kids can afford to buy a nice shiny new F150? And maybe something flashy for the wife to drive.
Stop engaging the parking brake every time I put the truck in park with a trailer connected. Let me decide when to apply it. And eliminate all the annoying and distracting alarms when I’m backing up with the trailer.
I never got the letter from Ford saying that they had the final fix for the problem. Did you guys get the letter? My dealer has been hounding me to bring it in but after reading this I’m in no hurry.
My 2021’s passenger side visor holder doesn’t appear to be attached to much. The driver side is rock solid. Just a matter of time before it’s toast. Anyone else have the same problem? Anybody know how it’s attached?
