Make a written complaint with whomever in responsible for Consumer Complaints in you state. Here in Iowa it is the Attorney General's Office. You need to document dates, times, and include a copy of the recall letter, and who you spoke with at the dealership and at Ford.
The dealers are clueless. Sayville Ford schedules an appointment for the recall Sept 19. They then tell me "we have no parts" and make an appointment for 10-24.
I call today to check if they expect the parts only to be told "nobody ordered parts for your truck " WTF ?? I emailed the service managers and no response.
NOW I have to go to another dealer who wants me to bring the truck in AGAIN to confirm what my Ford Ap is telling me: the truck is recalled and it wasn't fixed.
WTF is going on with Ford and it's crummy dealers
When this lease is up TOYOTA TUNDRA.
Never dealing with Ford again. And since I need to drive this POS F150 it probably will be
