You've been sent 3.5.3.2 four times in the past 60-70 days. Every time you have gotten an OTA trigger, it has not been able to download a single file. You have the update in your queue right now as of three days ago. You should try connecting your truck to wifi to see if it downloads the files.

I just got 4.2.1 a little while ago. Not excited about 4.2.2 coming in. Of course, when my truck finally starts to receive updates as intended, it's an update that many people report having issues with.

Almost always in these situations, the APIM is fine. Maybe @Jesse-Infotainment can add some color to this.

Believe it or not, 3.5.3.2 was sent to your truck an hour ago and is sitting in your queue right now waiting to download the files it needs. There's nothing wrong with your truck as far as OTA's go.

Edit: If you can get him to update you anyway, do it because this update has a very high fail rate.
