You might try giving them a call. I submitted a ticket once that sat for a few days, and they took care of it immediately when I called about it.

First initial impressions:

It's raining, so I didn't stomp on it.

The truck feels way less lethargic off the line in day to day driving. Before the accelerator with my heavy 34s, felt pretty muted. In the city I would drive in Sport to get some throttle response and good acceleration. The problem with that was the rev hang you can get in Sport mode.

Transmission feels better, it does feel like it lurches you forward a tiny bit, but I only have about 20 miles on the tune. My guess it needs to adapt.

You notice the additional power throughout the rev range.

I'm running the 87-93 performance tune, it leverages the built in octane detection, so you don't need to switch between tunes.

So far I'm very happy.

I wonder if this means the mystical Ford Performance tune for the 5.0 may make an appearance. I got the extended warranty, so it would be comforting, even if it may not matter.
I had my Banks PM when i
i took it in for the brake/gauge recall, they didn’t say a thing. Does this tune fix the accelerator lag and I can remove the Banks?

I’m impressed with the tunes for sure but the eboost really shines. I’m so impressed with how long you can stay in electric mode. And now you can actually feel decent acceleration in electric mode. Totally worth the money!

It comes with a 91 to 93 performance and an 87 to 93 tow tune (economy). You can buy other tunes, I would assume based of available gas ratings in your area. I would contact them and ask about those. If you have a powerboost, they have an eboost tune that allows the use of the battery for a longer time before the engine kicks in. I've got a 24, they haven't released it yet.

Well unfortunately my tuner from my other fords was outdated so had to order a new one for my 21 5.0. The people at livernois were amazing as always and gave me a credit towards a new one so its on the way. Mainly excited for the transmission tune and better drivability. Should be here next week.
