Y’all made me order one! I sent my info in a week ago on their link provided in the box. What’s the average turn around to get the tunes now? I can’t wait to see the E-boost tune!
I wish they acknowledged that they’ve received your stock tune and request online.

Well, tomorrow it will be 10 days since I sent in my tune request form and uploaded my stock tune. Is there a way for me to find out if they ever got my submission or is there someone who I may contact directly to see where I stand in the list? I’m pretty bummed out not knowing.

I can't find his email address, but you can email anthony at livernois and just check in with him. I think I got my tune on day 10. Is his email listed on that form you filled out?

I think they work off business days, not just days...

Nope, there’s no name, just a fill in the blanks with your truck info, SW, Strat, and Trans codes along with the tunes you want. And then click a submit button. I’ll hopefully get it tomorrow, but was hoping someone had an email for me.

So……. I still have no email and I checked my junk folder for the last 7 days and there wasn’t one there either. So I went out and plugged up just to see if there had been any provided. I see that there are 3 tunes available now (plus my uploaded stock tune).

I have an LME 87-93 Towing, a LME 91-93 Performance, and a LME Return to Stock tune.

I loaded up the performance tune.

My question is: How do I know if it has the E-boost tune portion too? I asked for it but don’t know if it’s a separate one.

I’ll try to do a tune request if one of you guys says I don’t have it based on the tune name. That was the main thing I wanted. The E-boost.

If you paid for the eboost, you will get 2 more tunes, they'll be listed as

eboost 91-93 performance
eboost 87-93 towing

I got the initial 3 like you, then the eboost tunes came about 2 to 4 weeks later. They hadn't perfected the tune yet on 24+ yet. I'm guessing he's got a pretty good backlog of powerboosts to get through. I was getting emails though, and Anthony told me about the eboost tune delay.

If I were you, I would call into the store and ask for Anthony, and let him know you received the tunes but no email. He's a really cool guy to speak with

I got in touch with Anthony. Super nice guy! I’m all good now! I did not get the E-Boost tune. But it will be on the way shortly.

Anthony is the man. Their support overall is top notch. A few months ago, we bought a 2023 Bronco Sport for my girl. We bought the vehicle from a dealer a few hundred miles away and did everything remotely. Once we closed the deal that I knew it was ours, I knew I wanted to tune it and Livernois does support that vehicle, too. I ran the VIN through FDRS and saw it had a PCM update pending and I took note of the strategy file. I called Anthony and told him I was buying the truck and I needed a tune with the new strategy because I was going to run all the updates on it with FDRS as soon as I got it, but Livernois did not have that strategy on file. So I emailed him the strategy and they sent me the tune for it before the vehicle itself even arrived.

I don't know if their tunes make the most or the least power from other tuners out there. Even if they don't, their customer service and support is so good, I would never go to another tuner. They are excellent.

I know they say they only support windows, so the least I have to do with the crappy windows laptop I just use for Forscan, the better lol.

Once they add the tune to their database, all you have to do is connect the tuner to the laptop, open the calibrator app and it will put the tunes into it automatically.
