Hey so have any of y'all wanted to put it in neutral without starting the engine? Just to like, move it a few feet in the driveway?
You can.. but it isn't fun. To get to the lever I thought I was pulling off the knee airbag cover. And that was after spending a while on the digital owners manual to learn how to do it.
It's something every owner should learn how to do once (expecting the digital manual is unavailable due to lack of power, otherwise you probably wouldn't be needing to pull the neutral lever), as well as dropping the spare from the back - both are a learning experience.

At least it's not as bad as trying to open the hood on a BMW i8. That's a chore! Something something masochistic German engineers..

You can also open the tailgate w/o the fob near buy, buy entering your code on the door keypad and then pushing 5.

Yes, I use this method all of the time when I'm outdoors working on something and want to get something out of the bed of the truck, but my keys are in the house, and I'm too lazy to walk back to the house and get them.
