to narrow things a bit: does hands-free need ford navigation?
And, frankly, I'd be surprised to see either an in-house, or a third party system sold to brands, be able to keep up with either google or Apple Maps. Those two have daily, head to head, competition, with people able to switch in moments, and sending corrections.
