Should have went with the B&O sound system, not stock. Maybe some better speakers will enhance sound. I am by no means a audiophile, just like good sound. Stock are ok but I'm sure the B&O sound better. Oh well....
You did the right thing. I wish I had stock and put the $600 towards aftermarket upgrade. The B&O is very underwhelming.

Only dislike right now is my own fear of the unknown. If I think too much, I get as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

There are a lot of computers on board as well other technology. Something could go south at any moment. Plus the heat exchanger.

I hand wash all the vehicles in the household. If they are all clean I'll drive my car to work on a rain day because it takes less than half as long to wash compared to the truck. 6 times up/down the little step ladder to wash, 6 times up/down to dry and 4 times up/down to clean the windshield and back window, endless nooks and crannies on the front and just when I think it's done there is water still dribbling out from under the mirrors and door handles. So I guess I like everything but washing it.

This... It just seems so unfinished for some reason. Odd I know.

To be fair..

This is more than likely going to come standard on all retail order Platinum's that have yet to be delivered starting July 1.

The good news is that your sticker will reflect an $11.75 credit

Amen! What I got was a work platform. It means I only have to go up once or twice each side. Still sucks, but better than moving the ladder around a lot.

I use it on my wife's explorer too. Good thing about this one is you can raise it up which is helpful for the truck.

I've got a decent sized air compressor that I use to blast everything to get the water out. Takes 10 minutes or so, but no water spots and no more leaking water after a wash. Give it a try if you have one!

I use a leaf blower on the motorcycle since it has hundreds of water traps, and have used it on my cars. I'll probably try it on the front, wheels, mirrors and rear bumper next time.

I suppose relative to the others the truck isn't too bad for holding water but it's just a lot more surface area and taller.

Ha! I have a fold-up platform that’s identical to this one (except the plastic corners are yellow.) A serious time-saver and makes washing the truck a far better experience. I’ve used it for other household projects as well. From Homer Depot -

Plus 1 for the leaf blower! If your vehicle is polished and slick, the blow dry method rocks. I mean, there's a reason they put them on the exit of car washes.

It was for a bit, then, it wouldn’t work and they said they would fix it, now Ford says they are removing everything and all Bluetooth controls from the Ford Pass app. Going backwards in my opinion, sorta like our country and the economy.

it will show securialerts when i forget to turn it off and open a door, but wont let me lock or unlock using the app, and it updates, and it wont let me refresh pages. very strange
securialert has its own time it turns ON and when it turns OFF, i cant get the schedule link to open.

I believe they're only removing bluetooth features on older trucks, not the 21+ ones

I called when I got notified and the lady said my 21 was included. The biggest thing I was hoping for was the ability to start my Pro Power Generator from inside my camper and I have not been able to convince anyone at Ford how valuable this option is to me and several other Powerboost owners that love camping.
