I wonder why 2 PPoB's built in 2022 can be so different. Knocking on wood, my MY22 XLT PPoB has only seen the dealer to fix 2 recalls and for 5K miles oil changes. I hope I haven't jinxed it.

Why would I take out the original OEM trailer brake controller, and replace it with an "OEM" from you?

What is this "hook" supposed to do? And where is it located? My MY22 truck came with a bench seat as OEM. I've never seen a hook of any kind.

I haven't had an ounce of trouble from either batteru (knock on wood). I'm just anticipating the day when I do. When that day happens, should I replace both, even if only one is giving me trouble.
