Foot off brake press start, follow screen prompts, press OK twice to receive “Full Power”. Connect to Apple CarPlay via Bluetooth. Open FordPass app on cellphone. Access Pro Power generator and verify Bluetooth connection.

I have max tow so I’ve attached my payload sticker for you. PS, most TT suggest 10-15% Tongue weight so keep that in mind. Hope this helps….oh yea if ya don’t already know you gotta get 3.73 electronic locking axle as well to get max towing.
I had a problem very similar to what you guys described, after using the usb cord for a bit, it kinda of fixed itself? Went back to connecting as usual (well as long as the wife’s android was not in range), when she’s in the truck it tends to connect to her phone.
