I believe it is the TCU update. They released a Gateway and then the TCU to correct the connectivity issues the 23 was having.

How do you guys access this stuff? My truck says up to date but it always says that, it does not give me software version. I have had nothing but problems with sync since the day I left the dealer. It connects one week then disconnects the next. It came back online late this week and want to update it before it goes offline for another week again. The Ford site just says the vehicle is enrolled in automatic updates when I enter my VIN but I have not gotten any update notifications.

On my 2022 I got "Update Successful - Ford Power-Up 4.2.1" on March 24 (FordPass message).

Whatever it is I don't see any obvious change.

Maybe foolish but I'm configured to just let 'em roll whenever they're pushed and I don't worry about when that happens - at least for me it seems that the system is receiving updates.

I'm in the same boat. It is frustrating. I've had the dealership do a "master reset", and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Ford pass app. That was a month ago and still no updates. There is another thread that discusses a way that you can fix this issue, but it is way over my head. I'm thinking about forwarding that link to my dealer to see if they understand it and can help me get things working like they should.

No 21s reported yet. Based upon a comment that Jesse made on one of the many threads on the topic, I’m not holding my breath.
