FordPass app - Climate controls appeared then disappeared

This happened to anyone else? Over the last week I saw climate controls come up in my FordPass twice only to disappear later on. The controls are gone again right now. I did get a couple of software updates in the truck the the last few days. The app version I have is 5.25.0 which was last updated about 10 days ago. I have an S24 running the latest updates.

Well damn. The climate controls show up once I start it with the app. Has that always been there? I didn't get my truck until April so I haven't really needed to remote start it that often.

I’m on 5.26.0, but even with the truck started via app no climate control shows up in the app. Is there a setting in the app or on Sync4 that I need to make on a 2023 Lariat?

I dont have climate control nether. Is it for only some models or is there another settings?
