The OEM batteries in these trucks aren’t great. Put a new H7 AGM battery in your truck, reset the BMS and you’ll be good to go.

When you state the truck does not start do you mean it’s 100% dead. It didn’t do anything? Or did it try to start. The engine turned over and maybe just not enough power to get it started? Can you provide additional details? Otherwise @t5brick is giving you solid advice. Have the battery checked out.

I charged the batteries all night long, at this point I connected the battery under the passenger seat....
it seems that it is not a problem with the 12v batteries but something else...



my errors this morning look like the screenshot.

The truck won't start and all accessories are powered... it displays stop safely. Unfortunately it doesn't move and nothing can be done.

2. The starter works but the engine will not start?

This means that the lever remains in the P position, after starting the ignition nothing can be done. The screen displays "stop the vehicle safely"... the car does not move... the engine will not even start

Disconnect both 12v batteries and test voltages after letting them sit for about 10 minuets. You should have at least 12.4v on both batteries. If under that then either the batteries need to be charged for at least 4-6 hours when not connected to the truck and retested. If you still get below 12.4v after charging then very high chance there's a shorted cell and one or both batteries need to be replaced. If you get at least 12.4v on both, then reconnect them, reset the BMS then see if it will start.
