Just a FYI if you don’t drive truck a lot or far distance it would be in your best interest to add some sort of battery maintainer.
[/CYTAT]

I only drive short distances mostly :) you're right, I definitely thought the same thing.
I'm struggling with one more problem but that's probably for another thread... and I suspect it won't be that easy?? but first I have to change the oil in the gearbox and install all possible updates.
I'll definitely get back to you!!! Many thanks??

Hello everyone. So the batteries have been fully charged... Today new ones will be purchased ;) I also connected another battery to the auxiliary battery using cables... after a few attempts to erase errors, reset BMS and play around I managed to start the car... who would have thought that such a small thing could cause so much stress? Thank you to everyone involved who wanted to help?
Remember, the truck is "always on." Specifically the computer is running even if most things are "off." This is how the truck alerts as you come near it with a key fob in your pocket. If the battery voltage drops below a given value (as I speculate the OEM Ford batteries do every so often) some of the computer programming bits can be dropped and the programming then becomes corrupted. This leads to the amazing problems you can find in these many, many posts. Preventing this drop in terminal voltage cures these ills. A non-Ford battery seems to be the Rx for the disease.

Also, I don't see it mentioned but OP be aware that there is another 12v battery underneath the rear seat on the right side of the truck. If you've taken the battery under the hood out to charge it, you could still be in a weird situation.

Hello friends?? The problem is back... the battery is new, both fully charged... the car is behaving like it was before... I have no idea if it was a coincidence that I managed to start it... now I've tried many times and nothing... I can't even reset the bms through forscan, some error pops up... is there an option to do it manually? currently the power supply is disconnected from the car to save energy.. after connecting everything, it goes back to the past and the same error codes... if anyone has any ideas, I'd be happy to hear what else I could do

I'm with the rest of the commenters here. These vehicles are literally a rolling mash up of computers and sensors. They don't react to low voltages like the trucks of yesteryear.

The batteries will often check out, even on bench tests, but cause a myriad of seemingly unrelated issues. If there is any concern about the batteries...change them out.

Just read the above post on the under seat battery and totally agree to keep them in sync on charging and BMS.
