tell me what you need if you have any experience or knowledge... I will change the language in the program. error codes are visible maybe someone of you had experience to direct me where to look for the problem... the video also shows what is happening.

At this point if I was you I would bit the bullet and just buy both batteries and see what happens. There’s several threads on here of similar issues all coming back to battery’s.​

thanks for the kick and for the answer... I'm glad if someone here writes back to me?? every comment is valuable to me... I'll do that tomorrow at dawn.. nevertheless today I'll connect a 90ah battery from a BMW X5... it's new, bought a month ago... and I'll support the smaller battery with another battery from another vehicle... I'll use 50mm2 cables for this? I have those ;p

It looks like a 12V battery issue. Does it say Motorcraft on the 12V battery under the hood? If yes, chances are you still have the original battery and considering the number of owners having issues with this battery, I would just replace this one and the one under the rear passenger side seat. We are here to help so post any questions you may have and don't feel frustrated as that will only add to the problem.

The OEM batteries in these trucks aren’t great. Put a new H7 AGM battery in your truck, reset the BMS and you’ll be good to go.

A low battery can cause many odd faults. Before replacing your battery as @t5brick suggests, you could put it on a battery charger and try starting it. You may need to clear the faults.

looks original ... I suspect that this battery is from new, I will check it urgently.
It's late for me so today I will manage to change the almost new battery from BMW X5 ...
I will power the one under the seat from another car, maybe that will give some insight ...
Nevertheless, you are right, OEM batteries are crap ... at the moment it is disconnected and does not hold a constant 12V

Hello everyone. So the batteries have been fully charged... Today new ones will be purchased I also connected another battery to the auxiliary battery using cables... after a few attempts to erase errors, reset BMS and play around I managed to start the car... who would have thought that such a small thing could cause so much stress? Thank you to everyone involved who wanted to help?

Just a FYI if you don’t drive truck a lot or far distance it would be in your best interest to add some sort of battery maintainer.
