That's what the thread is for. What takes long in terms of the APIM updates is the download and the install itself. Maybe the servers are having a good day and it downloaded quickly?

Also JEB is correct. Ford for whatever reason has not released IPMA software for the Tremor trims yet. I hadn't noticed that's what you have.

@JEB and @rugedraw once again want to thank you both and everyone on this thread. I think taking the advice of another member that stated to get fasted internet connection possible may be why I’m moving as fast as I am. Connected to Ethernet which I run a golf sim on in garage so maybe that speeding it up?‍. As I’m writing this seems the drivers cmr update is taking a little bit

CMR will take 45-60 minutes to flash the firmware. Totally normal.

Ok this is what I’m left with after all the updates. Only had one APIM update and then it cleared off list. Went down through all the others and did hvac and acm twice both still showing in software updates. On the left two modules have lines through them:APIM and PSCM both have some kind of GVSM warning exist see 1st pic.
When I run self test for both APIM and PSCM I get second and third pic

last pic is what has me worried bc both PSCM and APIM have lines through module and legend says that means data issue(but it’s grey in legend and mine are both green). See last pic.

I haven’t done any guided routines or anything. Is there anything else I need to do or am I good? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Follow the instructions above the two modules you highlighted in your first photo. You need to open a case and request Ford to release the updates for the APIM and PSCM and hope it does so before your license expires. That’s as much as you can do for now.

What sync version did the APIM update get you to? You can check on your truck infotainment screen under Settings > General > Sync. Need to understand a strange behavior @rugedraw and I observed on my truck (not saying you will have it too) - I too had the GVMS warning flag on my APIM.

@Jesse-Infotainment git with me and said it’s a new thing that Ford is doing. Submitted both to ford so they can look at service for them. My sync is now:

This forum is so good and useful overall, but I wish everyone would stick to keeping it about our trucks and not push political ideologies, rants about society etc.

Look, it's not my fault g00berment can't leave our trucks alone. There's only so many trespasses and infringements before the disgust must be known. 2026 models coming with remote disablement and breathalyzers? Now gasoline vehicles need GPF (gasoline particulate filters with regen like diesels). I'm just trying to enjoy vehicles but people who can't manage a lemonade stand need to justify their existence with nonsense as described.

Agreed. I thought the same thing and no, I haven't seen that before. We all know FDRS is far from perfect, though.
