Some hopeful news... my Job 1 PB hasn't had an update since September 15th, 2022 (22-PU0706-SCH-POPA) until yesterday - it received 3.5.2 OTA . I'm hoping the backlog of updates continue to roll in.

I wish I could remember which thread had the disappearing Alexa and the solution to get it back. It was fairly recent. Maybe a month. And for some reason your scenario sounds so similar.
Again, I could be wrong, but it was some kind of module configuration issue. I think it was solved with a Forscan edit, but I can't be 100% sure.

I didn't read all the previous posts but mine disappeared while I was manually updating through FDRS and @Jesse-Infotainment was able to remote into my forscan and get it back for me somehow. He moved way to fast for me to be able keep up with what he done ?

Your original was the same as mine. Mine works. I guess it’s not the setting I thought it was. But 9 was a good try. It’s what I would have tried. Back to the drawing board.

And yea, it's easier for Jesse sometimes, less effort, to just remote in and you be nothing more than his hands and feet.
Your description of the experience sounds exactly like what we hear all the time after giving remote support to our employees globally from the IT support desk. My guys have been doing what they do for so long that it's a blur to "the customer".
