Finally updated! Just wanted to say thank you to @Fordphanatic for lending me his Mongoose for the last couple of days! You are the man! Appreciate @Jesse-Infotainment for helping me during my times of uncertainty! And thank you to @Snakebitten @JEB and @iceman77 for all of your contributions to the forum/ post. I’m sure I read a billion useful posts from a lot of other users so thank you too. Yeah I know it’s just updating a truck, no big deal, but what I appreciate most is the willingness of others to help a complete stranger. I have my 2 day FDRS access for the rest of the night, happy to read anyones VIN and give these guys a break.

Blue Cruise will work. I looked at your vin. They do need to do that final APIM update ot have the Hands free options display..

They need to run a self test on the DSM

Hey Jesse, I finally got my truck in for this seat problem. Dealership called today saying they are running in to all kinds of problems and they are going to have to replace the DSM. I’m not sure I totally believe them because they said they worked on it all day yesterday but didn’t even move it until 4pm. Any ideas, thoughts or advice? Thanks

That is what the Workshop manual says. THe DSM controls the heated and cooled seats. So its probably not really too bad of a strategy.
