That’s me! And yes @Jesse-Infotainment is right again(did we doubt him). No fullscreen CarPlay or anything fancy. I was stuck on 1.7.1 until Jesse helped a month ago then did probably 25 updates on a 2 day license. Only thing I noticed is the nav in the instrument panel changes from just the small arrow up top to a big closeup of the front of the truck with the distance to the turn. New to me but so is everything. Photos attached.

So I too got notice of my first pending OTA update since doing updates myself with FDRS. Not sure what it is but I'm guessing it's trying to kick the GWM update from last saturday like @Jesse-Infotainment said earlier. If it's safe I'll accept it.

Yes, that update is safe to do it is moving forward. SO anyone that sees that one has a green light

Hit the scary update button on the sync screen so we will see if the ole F-150 is still working on the AM...

@Jesse-Infotainment should I turn on automatic updates again? I believe my truck is still stuck on 2.1.0 even though Im well past that through FDRS.

Thats up to you. I dont think its a good idea. I dont see the issue with approving versus it going through automatically. We still cant rule out an out dated OTA being pushed out.

I can’t believe it. I know it was a small background update but my first successful OTA after almost a year of fighting with 1.7. Who says there aren’t miracles. I owe all to this thread well when it is only 200 pages long.

I still haven't seen an update since the broken 1.7.1, outside of updating on my own.

Now that folks are getting GWY updates I'm curious if I'll see anything.

Unless I'm on some internal Ford naughty list.

Successfully updated BCM,PCCM,GSM, and GWM. I was greeted with APIM update the GWM update. I'm up to 22192. If anyone has PTS (not FDRS) subscription could you pull my vehicle up? It as been blank on the OTA status from months and curious if that has changed.

Got this notice today, any ideas on if I should accept or just do all the updates through FRDS?

I did it and truck is ok, so far.

No major updates but I'm tickled pink. I bought a new battery and on my way home, got my 1st ota, (as above), since Ford locked it up with 1.7.1 back Nov 11, 2021...
Since then, been doing them manually... I just hope this is a sign of things getting better.
