With the help and guidance of this forum, I successfully updated to current via FDRS during the last weekend in May. While continuing to follow this thread, I’ve disabled OTA updates even though I’ve never received one (to my knowledge.)

Although I’m not experiencing any issues that I know of, I am curious to see if there are any updates for my vehicle. Could somebody please check my VIN

I had my truck in to the dealer in June to try and get it unstuck from 1.7.1 and they failed. They made a bunch of excuses and said they would call me when they got the right equipment. So last Monday, a week ago, I took it in and they have had it now for almost 2 weeks. I have 2021 job 1 powerboost hybrid 1FTFW1ED5MFB77138. BC was dealer installed on 2nd attempt 6/14/22. dash still has tach. still have not confirmed BC working because there are no supporting roads in my area. Dealer did not install 11 updates and no OTA updates received before or after. Dealer and FORD refuse to schedule or do remaining updates. I asked Ford to warrant 48 hr license for FDRS so I could install updates myself but they refused. Really feel bad about that. Current odometer 2304. My only alternative is to buy 2 day lic. I would like to keep the tach. Does anyone know if any, or which, update causes tach to be lost and display changed to hands free? I am hoping there are no more updates than the 11 that remained on 6/14.

I feel your pain. My dealership had my truck for the month of April and was unable to fix it. I can not believe that 7 1/2 months since this problem started, Ford Motor Company and its dealers are still unable to address this problem efficiently and quickly. I ended up following this thread and updating my truck on my own. It's a dam shame that ordinary people are able to accomplish these updates in their own driveway and these under trained inept dealer technicians can't do it.
